Tashkent · 2026 · drone delivery
Drone delivery for apartment cities: a smart courtyard box receives, sorts and stores your order. You pick it up with a QR code — no courier, no lift, no intercom.

How it works
Think of Tashkent’s shared water kiosks: common, close, for everyone. Drones come and go; the box stays as infrastructure.
01
A restaurant or pharmacy packs the order into a standard container (up to 4 kg) and loads it onto the drone at the base.
02
The hexacopter flies at 30 m within a 3–5 km radius and lands on the box using a visual marker, to ±2 cm.
03
The hatch opens and the parcel is sorted into one of 12 insulated cells. The drone charges meanwhile — airborne again in 90 seconds.
04
You open the cell with a QR code, NFC or a 6-digit code. Any time, without waiting for a courier.

Roadmap
Uzbekistan’s 2026 state programme schedules the liberalisation of civil drones. We don’t wait for permission — we get ready for it.
Phase 1
2027
Legal today: courier + box. 30 boxes, 20+ partner pharmacies and kitchens. 5 drones in two models — Hexa (4 kg) and Quad Lite (1.5 kg) — in a test zone.
Now
Phase 2
2028
A pilot zone agreed with the state, a full safety log for the regulator. 110 boxes, 11 drones. Local assembly brings unit cost down.
Phase 3
2029
240 boxes and 24 drones in green zones. Octo Cargo (10 kg) for box-to-box supply and retail loads.
Phase 4
2029+
Almaty, Bishkek, Baku — the same housing, the same problem.
For investors
A working 3D model, a physics flight simulator, parametric CAD and a full bill of materials are ready. Ask for the deck, a simulator demo and the financial model.
